そんな彼女が実は”汚部屋住人” だったということをご存知でしょうか。
親近感わきまくりの著書がこちらの『2週間で人生を取り戻す! 勝間式汚部屋脱出プログラム』です。
これもとっても面白かったのですが、汚部屋を脱出した勝間和代さんが次に着目したの”家事”についてまとめた書籍『勝間式 超ロジカル家事』も参考になりました。
勝間式の家事効率アップはよくあるアナログタイプではなくAIに頼れるとこは頼りましょうっていう、これからの家事効率化本です。
「AI化とかいわれても、初期投資かかりそうだし…」という懸念もあると思いますが、まずは手近なところからでも始められますよ。
勝間式 超ロジカル家事
”ロジカル家事”とはその名のとおり、家事を論理的に考えようっいうことです。
「論理的に」とは勝間和代さんらしい。
家事負担の問題をその仕組み・原則から分解し、分析して賢く家事ラクしようじゃないか！というかっこいい本なのです。
最近では「シンプルライフ」として、お米は土鍋で炊きおひつで保温するなど、炊飯器をなくしたりする猛者までいらっしゃいますが、勝間和代さんはその逆。
家事ラクのためにどんどんAI化しちゃいます。
勝間家の調理家電
著書によると、勝間和代さんがメインで使っている調理家電は、
- シャープのスチームオーブン「ヘルシオ」が２台
- 象印の温度調整ができる圧力IH鍋が２台
- アイリスオーヤマの熱風オーブン「リクック」
いやいや、そんなに置けないし、買えないし！
オーブンは１家に１台というのがもはや固定概念でしたね。

この「リクック」っていうのがなんかすごい。
ノンフライで揚げ物つくれて、クッキーなんかの焼き菓子も超時短でできるとか。こんなトースターがあるなんて！しかもお値段も割とお手頃。
時短のために購入したキッチングッズ
わかっちゃいますが、AI化はなかなかお値がはりますね。それだけの効果も期待できるというわけなんですが、そう急には揃えられない。
そんなわけで、もっと手軽にはじめられるところで「キッチンツール」の項にいってみたいとおもいます。
私は「」を参考に、かつ派生しながらいくつか導入してみましたので、ご紹介します。（総額 4,554円なり）
キッチンバサミ
勝間和代さんは、家庭料理研究家・奥薗壽子（おくぞの としこ）さんの著書により「キッチンバサミは包丁の一種」と学んでからぐっと使用頻度をあげたといいます。
確かに。鶏肉料理の多い我が家ですから、包丁よりもハサミでパツンパツンいったほうがはやい。ということで、食品用に新調です。
ミニ計量カップ
「大さじ３杯とかを何回も計るのは面倒」とこれもまたその通り。ちっちゃな計量カップとは考えがおよびませんでした。Max50mlならいろいろ使えそう。
２個で400円とはお得です。買い。
魚グリル用トレイ
魚焼きグリルの上にのせて使うミニトレイ。グリルを洗うのが面倒くさいのは料理をする人間にとっての共通意識か。
これがあれば魚だけじゃなくいろいろ使えるし、魚焼きグリルの使用頻度も増えるし、同時調理で時短できますね。
魚グリル用角形パン
トレイだけでいいかなぁと思ってたけど、魚グリル用の蓋つき角形パンもあってこちらもあわせて購入しました。時短、時短。
レンジで茹で蒸し器
勝間和代さんは「肉や野菜は蒸してから使う」らしく、その方法としてヘルシオをつかっているそうです。蒸すのは、茹でるよりも圧倒的に栄養素が抜けなくていいんだとか。
私もたまに野菜をラップに包んでレンチンしますが、こういうのあると便利だなと思って購入したのがこちら。私にとってのヘルシオ… とはいかないか。
レンジでゆでたまご器
野菜茹でるならゆで卵も電子レンジでやっちゃいたいので、これも買いました。もはや本にはひとつも触れられていない域に突入です。
ゆで卵って１つのコンロを10分ちかく占領するので、ちょっと億劫だったんですよね。かといってゆで卵のためだけにこういうグッズを買うのもどうよって思ってたんですが。
と、常識をぶちやぶって買いました。ほんとにレンジでゆで卵できてびっくりです。
道具にたよってもいいじゃないか！
なんとなく「道具に頼るのは手抜き」みたいに思ってた節がありました、私。
料理は好きじゃないくせに「レンジでチンより、鍋でコトコトするのが料理だろ」とか思って、だからこそ料理が面倒くさいもののように感じているのですけど。
でもね、やっぱり子どもがいると、毎日の食事って彼らの成長にとって本当に大事なもんだなぁと思っていて、できない自分が情けなくなったりします。
「明日はちゃんとしなきゃ」「今日はちゃんとできた」そうやって自己評価をくだす日々がストレスでした。
「」をよんでみて、家事が苦手だった勝間和代さんが、得意の ”頭をつかった方法” で、彼女らしく家事を克服していくのには目から鱗。
鍋でコトコト煮るのが好きな人はそうすればいいし、それを面倒と感じる人はモノにたよっていいんじゃない？っていう。
どちらのお母さんも「子どもには栄養のあるものを食べさせたい」って気持ちは同じだろうし、手段は人それぞれちがうはず。
お金に余裕があればとことんAI化をはかるのもいいし、なければないなりにやってみるのもひとつ。自分にとっての問題をまず分析してみて、家事をロジカルに。
